Thanks for this data - the scientific and analytical mindset takes &#039;self-tracking/QS&#039; from a niche pursuit to real-world applicability.  We are right on-board - we have used many of these principles as applied to sleep - we have created a sleep tracking device and program (www.myZeo.com).  Looking forward to reading the book - this is a major breakout trend for 2010!  We at Zeo are particularly interested now that we have established the product in connecting sleep data with all sorts of other data that magnifies the value to people - everything from weight to exercise to mood to sleep should all converge.
